Nijmegen postgraduates win the Silver Mill competition 2004

Traditionally the EOS organizes every year the Silver Mill competition. On the 11th of June, 2004, the postgraduates from Nijmegen competed for the honor of the Netherlands. It was a tough competition and in the final round only Nijmegen and Greece remained. The final outcome was to be determined by the group that would bent the best closing loop. To make it even more difficult the wire bending needed to be done without looking and behind ones back. Thanks to the thorough training in both wire bending and biomechanics the postgraduates from Nijmegen succeeded to win the competition.

The next Silver Mill competition will be held in Amsterdam, during the EOS congress of 2005.
